1.How can we visit your factory?
We are in Wuxi city, Jiangsu Province, you can take fast train from Shanghai or Beijing railway station to Xuxi, which is very near to our factory. We warmly welcome your visit!

Yes, we can make design for free and can guide you to choose the right model according to your exact application.
3.What is your normal lead time?
The normal lead time is around 30 days after receiving the order, which will depend on the quantity?
4.What about your packing？
Our steel gratings will be normally packed on wood pallets wrapped with water proof films. Any other package required by customers which is suitable for international transport also can be adopted.
5.Which port is near to you?
We can ship from Shanghai, Qingdao, Nanjing, Ningbo, and other main ports of China.
6.Will you provide guidance for installation?
Yes, we can provide installation guidance by drawings & vedios or service on site.
